The question is very easy. The question even gave you LETTERS which can actually help a lot or you you might miss or double count a triangle. The things is that you must have a perceptive view to solve it, you need to find the hidden triangles, not just the obvious ones.

Their suggested answer is so complicated. But it is absolutely correct!

Best if you draw the figure on paper and do it on paper, because if you use the device, it will be very difficult to keep track and you might count a triangle twice.
